— The Surging Trend of culinary evolution

For example, a major food company has developed a natural preservative made from fermented radish root that can replace synthetic preservatives in baked goods. Another company has developed a plant-based stabilizer that can replace synthetic emulsifiers in dairy products.


Overall, the trend towards natural food additives reflects a growing demand for safe, healthy, and sustainable food products. As consumers become more aware of the potential risks of synthetic additives, they are seeking out alternatives that are derived from natural sources. This presents both challenges and opportunities for the food industry to innovate and meet the changing needs of consumers.
